How to simulate a fish-eye perspective distortion

 (by Jean-Sebastien Perron)

 Before

 After

The concept

-We need to simulate a real lens

-So we will create one and put it in front of the camera

The lens

-Create an analytic sphere

-Put it in front of the camera

-This will be our lens

The lens material

-Now create the lens material

-No color

-Fully Transparent

-And it should deviate the ray

-Simply do the same as below

Adjust

-You can adjust the effect by moving the sphere or by modifying the optical thickness in the material or both

-If your image is upside down, flip it inside Realsoft or inside any 2D editing sofware.
